app failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b) #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running the applacation
2. reinstalling and re running
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i should see the window open so i can manage files. I see instead a window 
error saying the app 
failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the most recent one. I think 1.8.0, the latest version out. Windows XP, i am 
the admin.

Please provide any additional information below.
i start up my computer like normal, i hook up my itouch 2nd gen (8GB), sync and 
backup my 
itouch with itunes, then i try to open up iphonebrowser through the shortcut on 
my desktop and 
even going to the programs files folder and booting the actual program. and i 
get the error 
message.

Please try v1.91, this version should be more stable and runs on Windows 7
