What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the program
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it comes up for hm about 4~5 sec and closes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.1.0 on 32 bit Vista home

Please provide any additional information below.
tried all the DL you have up even V.1 nothing worked so its a vista issue
if so bleh...

Try using v1.90 - I can not test on Vista however if you were using iTunes 8.2 
that
would have caused a crash in 1.81

Please try v1.91 - this version works with Windows 7 and hopefully Vista
