extension.openPrGitProvider' failed #4

Hi, first of all thank you for this awesome plugin, saved me a lot of time. Unfortunately, this week ran into an issue. My vscode auto updated to the latest and when I hit Open Pull Request an error Running the contributed command:'extension.openPrGitProvider' failed. popped up. I did uninstall/install without result. Should I tweak smth at my side? If I can provide more details, please shoot
