ReactHMR:

originally, main module updates were ignored,
now page is reloaded,
but it can be accepted and Main entry point is re-executed (up to you to handle it gracefully)

Webpack:

Minor refactoring of Webpack class to expose the split point creation logic to custom macros.

Actually I've just converted the file to tabs. After travis has passed I will merge

Please hold off, I think I can further simplify the index reloading.

Should be good now - this logic isn't covered with tests though, so if you can afford it please try yourself.
