Move the DNA specimen labelled map from data-raw/README.Rmd to a pkgdown article.

Implement refactored R6 SpecimenMap class to replace data-raw/mapping/map-dna.R
Add initial YAML configuration for static site generation
- Set links for home page and GitHub source repository
- Include exported function reference documentation
Simplify README.Rmd and include a homepage photo
Update R build and git ignore dotfiles to exclude superfluous files

Closes #66
