Problem : force dowload content. #1125

Hello, When open the game that will auto download the content => making one really big problem : That erase all the work we was on, by replace actual objects we was working on by the new content. That's not happen when we open editor of course, but sometime we need open the game to test.

So maybe need to ask before download the new content ? or any other solutions ^^

That already erase 1 time a lot of work i was doing on bamboo (it's all good, I was able to redo everything ^^), and now it's happen a second time (not much work, no worry ^^) because it's happen even when steam is off now ( witch was not the case before )

I will implement something to prevent this...
