Using adze to unbuild sledge doesn't count as learning adze tool

Was able to use adze on sledge without learning the tool ; only learned it afterwards when breaking floorboards.

Can't reproduce this. I'm pretty sure it has been fixed since you reported it (there were some tool usage changes a few weeks ago).
