Adding vectors and records to the Wanda language, including member expressions and type checking

Vector and record literals
Member expressions
Records are JS objects with a :dict property that holds its members
Vectors are JS arrays
Member expressions compile to calls to rt.getField
Toplevel destructuring with rest variables
No nested destructuring
No destructuring in set expressions, only variable declarations
Runtime object available in compiled output
