Changed api and Sensor filtering #21

In where I live the widget takes the closest sensor which hasn't posted data since 8 days. Since, the sensor listing results have no info on last seen data I switched it to the /json endpoint instead. I then proceeded to add a rule on maximum last seen date (4 hours). If you have any comments feel free to give some feedback.
