receiver auto-disarm on new file selection #13

In receiver: 1) choose a video from list and arm 2) choose a new video from list

Currently: cannot choose a new video Enhancement: the currently armed video process is killed; newly selected is armed.

If a video is being played and you select a new video, this should have no effect.
