Add indication of growing file while recording to recorder UI #38

It would put me at ease to be able to see the file size/name of the currently recording file, rather than having to ssh into the server to watch it grow manually. That way it can be immediately seen that something is wrong, rather than having to guess. If this is implemented, we could even delay starting the recording timer until the file is seen to grow (this would keep the file time and UI time in sync with each other).

I assume this is on the Playback UI?

recorder, actually. so i can tell that i'm actually recording and that it doesn't just think it is
