Twitter Bootstrap upgrade to 3.0.3 #10

@jasontorres, look at this PR. It's include TB upgrade to 3.0.3.

Additionaly, gem version has been bumped up to TB version.

Hi @demiazz, can you look at https://github.com/jasontorres/bootstrap-on-rails/blob/master/app/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap/bootstrap.less

We removed variables.less because it will be easier to override if we separated them.
