Issue description

What problem do you have? Plugin won't load properly. says "plugin disabled"

Reproducing the issue

...install the plugin
...start server

Client information

PocketMine-MP Version: 1.2.12 API 3-alpha 11 Plugin Version: 1.2.3 PHP version: 7.2.1 (default)

I tried to edit the spoon.txt doc with 'yes' both immediately after the '?' and with a space after the '?' still the same result.

I don't support spoon users. Download an official PocketMine version to use from PocketMine-MP's github here
