This prevents Liquids, Grass and Mycelium from spreading over the PlotBorder from Plotside and Streetside. This prevents, for example, Grass or Mycelium from spreading on dirt roads from a Plot all over the Plotworld

Is this safe? I mean, I don't want there to be some weird mistake and then people complain xd

This is running in production for a month now. No mistakes so far
