Oops something went wrong (Message to /p dispose confirmar)

Issue description

If you delete a parcel with the command of / p dispose confirm, it appears in Spanish "Ups something went wrong" but that message should only appear when something has not worked well, in this case if you delete the user's parcel, only the displayed text is wrong

Expected result: That the message of dispose.success=La parcela se ha eliminado
Actual result: That the message of error=Ups! Algo salió mal

Steps to reproduce the issue

Buy a plot
Use /p dispose confirmar
Message appears

OS and versions

Plugin Version: Dev731
PocketMine-MP: 3.22.0
PHP: 7.4
Game version: Win10

Other Plugins

Some plugins are private

If you remove all other plugins, does the issue still occur? I didnt test it because i dont have more servers

Fix issue #423 because Myplot won't load and I can't test it @jasonwynn10
