Command does not work: "That player cannot be found"

Issue description

Expected result:/r message or /reply message would send a message to whoever sent you a message last or whoever you last sent a message to.
Actual result: What actually happened? it responds with That player cannot be found as a message sent to whoever did /r even if the target player is online

Steps to reproduce the issue

Have another player online
do /msg {player} message
do /r message
it will say That player cannot be found

OS and versions

Plugin Version: 1.0.2-1
PocketMine-MP: 3.14.2
PHP: The one that comes with 3.14.2
Game version: Win10

If you remove all other plugins, does the issue still occur? Yes

^ works for not console too, I just did console for this screenshot

The screenshot invalid because it's console. Please show evidence with a different individual. Also please test on a server without so many plugins.

I managed to get the plugin working again, there seems to be an issue with the custom tell plugin (https://poggit.pmmp.io/p/customtell) which is a shame as its very nice for customizing the messages.
