Convert entire board to SMT for fabrication #2

Originally this board used a through-hole USB jack, 16MHz oscillator and pressure sensor. While this made the board easier to build at home with my limited equipment, it has serious implications for manufacturing. These components all need to be switched to SMD varieties for the next prototype.

TO-DO:

The USB jack and 16MHz oscillator have already been updated, as well as the other "core" components. Just need to test out a suitable pressure sensor and get that integrated!

I've created a custom part for the new pressure sensor, and made some initial adjustments to support it. I probably have more tweaking to do, but I'd say the goal of this ticket is achieved.
