The automatic insertion of noteID annotations does not work properly #122

Problem Description:

When I enable the feature "Insert New Card ID", every time I execute the command Send to own deck, the noteID is automatically added to the .md document.

However, this feature does not work for some cards, such as those with description content or containing italic text.
