@pgleeson @sanjayankur31 I ran the regenerateAndTest.sh file to test whether everything works fine and ran into an error: image image

For some reason, it doesn't recognize the jnml command. Any idea what the problem might be? Is this a problem with my environment or something else?

sanjayankur31 commented 6 months ago

Have you got jnml installed? Does jnml in a terminal/console work? If you only have pynml installed, you can tweak the script to use pynml instead of jnml.

I've not tested the *.sh scripts on Windows Power Shell (which is what I assume you are using), but it should work the same. Just make sure you can run jnml -v at the command line first, after installing jnml and setting PATH in your environment variables to include the folder containing https://github.com/NeuroML/jNeuroML/blob/master/jnml

I've managed to fix the nmllite GUI problem. I'm not sure exactly how I did it. I fixed it by either removing qtwayland5 or just shutting down WSL. Not sure which one.

@pgleeson @sanjayankur31 I've been struggling with the Sweep.py script as of late and my progress has slowed down a lot. Is it possible to change the virtual meeting on Tuesday to a quick in-person session instead? Sorry if this is a bit late.

Sure, do come along at 2pm tomorrow an we can discuss. Unfortunately we have a meeting 3-4pm though we will have to join.

That's totally fine. Thank you so much!
