when typhoon approaches hong kong, a red message will show how much damage it does power value is shown as available / total added a div on top to catch hover (probably letting the div do all the work, and let the button do the styling... well) added description about where to build solves #23 #14 #6 #16 try it here: http://vicksonzero.github.io/TyphoonTycoon/
