Enabling "High Contrast" in my chrome profie messed up my view of docs #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the "High Contrast" extension.
2.View a Document in docs.
3.All icons like the "summation symbol, addition symbol" etc.. float and appear 
all around the main doc area.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
