What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open 
https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/motorhead-uk/jenson-button-produces-pricele

2. apply any setting other than normal in the high contrast extension
3. try reading the web page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to view the web page normally. Instead the entire page 
background flashes because of the animated GIFs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
High Contrast 0.5
Google Chrome 39.0.2171.65
Fedora 20 MATE-Compiz 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
