to need some option. removing backbround color or not. #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on high contrast
2. select invert color
3. look at the webpage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
be removed background color and outlines.
removing background is very good to me (low vision.)
but also. I need too outline color to seperate contents.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
high contrast 0.8
windows 7 sp1 x64

I love high contrast(invert color).
after removed background color. it improved contrast ratio.
so, very very good to me.(low vision)
but there is some issue.
I'm most using  Atlassian WIKI editor in my office.
In the editor, I'm import macros(panels, columns, tables) in my report.
at the time, I have to see outline box to make layout.
But now. I can't see it. cause be removed backgrouds(maybe).
I wanna use option, removing background color or not.
through, the option(like checkbox) I want to choose depending on content.
