ChromeVox: does not speak Chrome file menu/items #22

ALT+F for file menu, DOWN ARROW
Expected: ChromeVox to navigate to/speak file menu and each item like it did in 
previous ChromeVox experimental extension
Actual: absolute silence, it's like how it is/was on OS XLion
Regression: Yes

Windows 7 x64, Google Chrome 14 stable and 16 Canary, and ChromeVox from Chrome 
Web Store

Unfortunately, this is still broken/not working in ChromeVox 1.16.0
ChroemVox should be able to either:
1)      Read, navigate, and interact with menus, Chroem Web Store,
preferences, secured pages, etc.
2)      Have tight integration and work seamlessly with Mac Voiceover and
NVDA, just like it does with JAWS.
