ChromeVox: reviewing by word/character, does not speak certain symbols/punctuation #24

ChromeVox does not speak " or '
docs.google.com;
SHIFT+t for new text document;
type: "we'll see if ChromeVox will "speak" this!"
HOME, RIGHT ARROW through each character
CTRL+LEFT ARROW back through each word
Expected: ChroemVox to speak everything, including all punctuation/symbols
Actual: ' and " are skipped/ignored, treated as silent/unknown characters

Windows 7 x64, Google Chrome 14 stable and 16 Canary, and ChromeVox from Chrome 
Web Store

Unfortunately, this is still broken/not working in ChromeVox 1.16.0
