ChromeVox: new Lois voice: ends of phrases are choppy and truncated #29

Chrome 16.0.904.0 canary, latest ChromeVox, Lois voice, and Windows 7 X64

STR:
1. Enable ChromeVox and the new Lois TTS voice.
2. Open any website, for this example we'll use Gmail.com
3. Tab/other navigation commands to get text to speak.
Expected: Lois to speak all rellivent text as with other voices, not truncating
words.
ACTUAL: the ends of words/phrases are being truncated, such as the phrase:
"about Gmail link"
is actually read by Lois as:
"About gm.... link"

Confirmed 100% with Windows 7 x64, Google Chrome 14 stable, ChromeVox from
Chrome Web Store and Lois TTS. All strings that are pushed to buffer ad then
pushed out via TTS will truncate. This could be phrases, words, and/or
characters.

Fixed in version 1.3 of Lois, phrases aren't cut off anymore.
