What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ChromeVox+Z (CTRL+ALT on Windows or CTRL-OPTION on Mac) 

What is the expected output? 
ChromeVox to toggle OFF/ON
What do you see instead?
Nothing happens, only works on Chrome OS/Book, but should work on Windows, Mac, 
and Linux within Chrome Web Browser.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome 14 stable on Windows 7 x64
Google Chrome Canary 16 on OS X Lion

Please provide any additional information below.

Unfortunately, this is still broken/not working in ChromeVox 1.16.0

I need to turn chrome assessibility inverted color setting OFF?

The toggle does not work...HELP!
