ChromeVox Lois TTS max speech rate is still slow and it should be faster. #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ChromeVox++ until it won't increase anymore
2. Navigate around within Google search result

What is the expected output? 
ChromeVox TTS speech rate to go even faster
What do you see instead?
It's limited at quite a slow rate.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Chrome 14 stable on Windows 7 x64
Google Chrome Canary 16 on OS X Lion

Need more, more, and more speed for efficiency, performance, and effectiveness.

ChromeVox 1.16.0 now allows rates up to 500%. I'm marking this as fixed :)
