1. with chromevox open there there is no link to the user guide or settings in
the interface chrome

only a key combination to access the guide and ettings

Please provide any additional information below.
it would be expected that when chromevox is enabled users would have easy
access to a range user help and the settings panel, this would help
inexperienced users, users who do not only use the keyboard to interact with
content and users with cognitive deficits such as memory loss.
