labels for key assignments to the right of text inputs #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open the chromosomal options screen

What is the expected output? 
as per UI conventions labels for text inputs are placed either above or to the 
left of the input.

What do you see instead?
label is on the right of the text inputs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
