autoredirect occurs on chromevox.com with chromevox running #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have accessibility enabled in chrome OS
2. open http://chromevox.com
3.

What is the expected output? 
http://chromevox.com page is loaded

What do you see instead?
redirects from http://chromevox.com to
http://www.chromevox.com/16/.html

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome 17.0.963.78
Platform 1412.230.0 (Official Build) stable-channel x86-zgb_he

This is intended behaviour: we want to show users version specific information 
automatically.  e.g. if you go to chromevox.com now with an up-to-date 
Chromebook, you should be redirected to chromevox.com/18/.html

Is there a specific issue you are running into with the redirect?
