No OPTIONS Available #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right-click t he installed High Contrast icon in Google CHrome 20 beta.
2."Options" word is highlighted in green and cannot be selected or further 
displayed.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see Options such as allowing High Contrast for only a particular 
URL per the Web Store example.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using version 0.4 under Chrome 20.0.1132.11 beta-m under Win7x64 Home.

Please provide any additional information below.

FYI this HIGH contrast extension is only useful to me if I could enable it on 
an individual URL basis.

I am having the same problem with High Contrast extension on Windows 8x64.
