Perform a Hosmer-Lemeshow test when running a logistic regression

Purpose

Possibility to perform perform a goodness of fit test

Use-case

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It would be of great value when running a logistic regression to have the possibility in JASP to perform a Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test. The HLtest function computes the classical Hosmer-Lemeshow (1980) goodness of fit test for a binomial logistic regression.

In R this is available in Resource Selection and as the hoselem.test function

This feature won't be implemented in 0.16.1, but it is now planned for 0.17 (roughly 3-4 months).
