[Feature Request]: effect sizes and associated confidence intervals for categorical analysis with chi-square statistics #2108

Description

Confidence intervals for existing effect sizes with chi-square and the new fei measure

Purpose

Allow the reporting of confidence intervals for fixers with chi-square already implemented and the new and improved fei metric

Use-case

Better reporting of classical chi-square based analysis

Confidence intervals on effect sizes for chi-square not available, neither is this new metric

Implement confidence intervals for existing effect sizes alongside fei and its confidence interval

Currently only available in R
