Description

Model comparison for multiple measurements per subject

Purpose

multiple measures in different conditions per subject

Use-case

Is your feature request related to a problem?

No response

Is your feature request related to a JASP module?

ANOVA, Mixed Models

Describe the solution you would like

Random effect in ANOVA or Bayes factor in Mixed models

Describe alternatives that you have considered

No response

Additional context

In some cases, one collects multiple measures in different conditions per subject. Here one would use a (Bayesian) random effect model of the measurement with condition parameters as fixed effects and subject as random effect. Model comparison then helps identifying the relevant factors

This is, I think, not possible in JASP at the moment:

@dekuenstle Is this something that may be solved by RM MANOVA? See https://github.com/jasp-stats/jasp-issues/issues/1660 Thx

@tomtomme yes, I think RM ANOVA solves this issue.
