Hi, I would like to second this request. I know of at least two different implementations, first using the gls function in the nlme package and the second is:

English, P. (2019). The its.analysis R Package – Modelling Short Time Series Data (SSRN Scholarly Paper 3398189). https://doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.3398189

But there are probably many others, too!
