Bug Description

I cant see the results on the windows 10. I tried reinstalling and on advanced preferences but ut did not solve this bug.

Expected Behaviour

It was supposed to show the live results on the right

Steps to Reproduce

1. insert data 2.click on analysis 3.bayesian anova
2. results not showing Novo(a) Documento do Microsoft Word.docx

...

Hi @douglasposso thanks for the report. Could you please upload the logs, see: https://github.com/jasp-stats/jasp-desktop/blob/development/Docs/user-guide/logging-howto.md

1. can you check the option of "safe graphics mode" in preference->Interface settings, and restart JASP then try to reproduce this issue.
2. if (1) didn't work, you can try set the environment to QSG_RHI_BACKEND=opengl on your PC. you can do with: a. open the "cmd.exe" with administrator permission b. input setx "QSG_RHI_BACKEND" "opengl" /m and enter. try again restart JASP.

I cannot find the log files and even the other option isn't working :( is there a command to make jasp show the results or disable it?

• [ ] Can you see results from other analysis?
• [ ] Did you install via download from jasp-stats.org or from the Microsoft store? Either way, try the alternative
• [ ] If this does not help try updating your video drivers especially when your system runs an intel graphics card (iGPU) - this may be achieved by fully updating Win10 (note that only Win10 version 2004 or higher is supported).

Do you mean "safe graphics mode" and the step 2 options above didn't work? @douglasposso

the logs only be recorded when you enable the "Log to file" option and re-run JASP analysis to get them.
