Bug Description

Cada vez que intento trabajar con el programa, a los pocos minutos sale el siguiente mensaje: "Jasp ha sufrido un fallo interno inesperado. The engine crashed........Jasp no puede continuar y se cerrará". Al aceptar o clickar para enviar informe, se cierra el programa

Expected Behaviour

Simplemente poder trabajar con el programa sin interrupciones continuas.

Also the information which of the 3 install methods you used: grafik

Then you could try:

  1. one of the other install methods.
  2. disabling your anti-virus program temporarily, if you have one running
  3. updating win11 fully and restart before installing
  4. update your graphics drivers and restart also after installing (because some older intel drivers are problematic)
  5. starting a command prompt by typing "command prompt" in the Start menu & then type "c:\Program Files (x86)\JASP\JASP.exe --safeGraphics"
  6. setting QSG_RHI_BACKEND=opengl via "cmd.exe" (input setx "QSG_RHI_BACKEND" "opengl" /m as admin)

I would start with the first one and work my way back down to the more complicated ones.
