move HOMEPAGE to https
enable multiplayer with --enable-multiplayer
update README with newest MUSIC

I tested multiplayer with two clients on the same computer using localhost, and it worked. I didn't test the other multiplayer modes: direct IP and the other requiring a 7kfans.com forum account.

Music instructions got changed to have MUSIC and all filenames in caps to work across all platforms.
