update auto-admin and add desktop-installer #177

as requested in https://github.com/outpaddling/desktop-installer/issues/30, we are nearing the stage of having a capable port for OpenBSD users.

I have updated/added sysutils/auto-admin and sysutils/desktop-installer to facilitate this

I am unsure if there is a way to make sysutils/desktop-installer's Makefile hard require a compatible version of sysutils/auto-admin, or should we just use whatever the ports tree has latest, and ensure they are updated in tandem?

@outpaddling for reference, this is the workable ports for these pieces of software.

I have not. how would I go about this?

I don't see who to get in contact with on the readme.
