Add option to use non-private unicode symbols #18

I prefer not using patched powerline fonts so that I'm able to copy/paste my terminal output into messages. This updates powerline-gitstatus so you can pass in an option to use non-private unicode symbols instead of the powerline ones. Only one symbol is affected — the branch symbol — but I named the arg generic enough so that others can be replaced in the future if need be.
