Renaming Jasper? #422

It has recently come to my attention that another open-source project named "jasper" exists: "JasPer", a software-based implementation of the JPEG-2000 Part-1 codec. It's part of most (all?) modern linux distributions and therefore the package name jasper is already taken.

While this currently might not be a big problem yet, it can be in the future and although I'd like to keep the current name, we should discuss this.

@shbhrsaha @crm416 What's your take on this?

Thanks for bringing this up, @Holzhaus. As long as there's not another existing voice control system also named Jasper, I don't feel the name needs to be changed. As for linux package names, I would be fine with "jasperproject", "jasper-client", "jasper-voice", etc.
