jasper-dev and documentation #510

Shouldn't there be an jasper-dev branch for the documentation too? I'm willing to make updates to the documentation when making changes to jasper-dev - but I dont know where to place them?

+1 I need up-to-date documentation, I can't get jasper to run on my Raspi2 running arch, one error leads another. I've foudn that the documentation I've been following is outdated.

If someone knows up-to-date instructions on how to get Jasper running I'd be very thankful :)
