cannot install Phonetisaurus ,m2m-aligner and MITLM #579

sphinx I have this error when try to run jasper , i also get another error when Installing Phonetisaurus, m2m-aligner and MITLM both methods don't work (the experimental repositories & via wget etc..) so can anyone help plz ?

what image are you using? or a manual build? Please join us in slack or forums for help, as this is not an actual 'issue' with the code.
