Where is heist 0.10.x? #48

digestive-functors-heist-0.5.1.0 requires heist version 0.10.x to build, but that version of heist doesn't seem to exist on Hackage? Is that intentional?

See #47, I suppose it's the current dev version, but I trust @mightybyte on this.

Ack, I didn't intend for the updated digestive-functors-heist to be pushed to hackage yet.
