Remove fingertree-psqueue benchmarks #45

fingertree-psqueue does not build on recent versions of GHC, and is not currently being maintained. If that changes, we can always resurrect its benchmarks from the git history.

Note: PSQueue seems to be getting some maintenance now after some neglect; hopefully it will be updated for GHC 9.6 shortly.
