While it is already possible to run a turnstyle problem in the playground, running one locally (or in CI) requires an install without documentation for a language that is not used that widely.

I got it to work by

Installing ghcup (was already done before)
Installing cabal: ghcup install cabal latest (also already done)
Run: cabal build
- For this i had to first install zlib in for the ghc mysys on windows:
- Open the correct mysys terminal used by ghc
- Run pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-zlib
Run: cabal run turnstyle run examples/rev.png

Currently the README.md also serves as the homepage of the website. I think I'll first move that content to website/ and then put something more terse in the README along with instructions on getting things up and running.
