What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter a user name password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no able to re-set to a different user name a password. 

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
vista

Please provide any additional information below.
it should have a functionality on the setting to change a user name / password 
.. for different accounts.
