Ardupilot Mega 2.1 reports "Init ArduPilot Mega 2.0" on reset #338

- Downloaded Ardupilot Mega 2.1 via APM planner
- Ran Action/Upload Firmware
    selected ArduPilot Mega 2.1

Went to terminal, received message

     "Init ArduPilotMega 2.0"

- Should this be saying 2.1 instead?
- Is there a "version" command in terminal mode?
