APMPlanner 1.0.14 does not load missions correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Previously saved mission or even creating a new mission and save to hard 
drive or written to APM.
2.When mission is loaded into APMPlanner or read WP from APM all the cordinates 
are read wrong
3.Only happened since updating to 1.0.14

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is how the file is saved:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

APMPlanner 1.0.14

Please provide any additional information below.

Puts me on the other side of the pond somewhere near Africa in the ocean and 
south of the equater.
